Meet Tom Hodson

Inside Courts author Tom Hodson was a Judicial Fellow at the Supreme Court of the United States (1986-87) in the Administrative Office of the Chief Justice during William H. Rehnquist’s inaugural year as Chief Justice. Additionally, Hodson spent over 15 years as a trial and visiting judge in Ohio and practiced as a trial attorney for three decades, handling numerous criminal defense cases.

Trained as a journalist, Hodson also co-hosts the podcast “Next Witness…Please” and writes “The 5 W’s of Law, Politics, and Journalism” on Substack.
