Alicia Faye Allman, 46 of Vinton passed away Thursday November 23, 2023, at the O.S.U. Medical Center, Columbus. Born September 7, 1977, in Athens, she was the daughter of the late David F. and Carolyn J. Dotson Tolliver. Alicia enjoyed fishing, watching old T.V. series and spending time with her dogs.
She is survived by her husband, Curt Allman of Vinton; a daughter, Tori Lynn (Logan Hutson) Chapman of Muskegon, MI; aunts, Marilyn Jordan of Athens, Nancy (Pat) Bulstrom of Albany, Pammy Harris of Lancaster, and Flossie (Howard) Keys of The Plains; an uncle, Tim (Wanda Hudnall) Hastings of New Marshfield; mother and father-in-law, Charles and Susan Allman; and her two dogs, Mouse and Deuce.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael D. Tolliver; paternal grandparents, Foster and Faye Tolliver; maternal grandparents, Warren and Alice Dotson; aunts, Sharon Hastings and Susie Dotson; and uncles, Warren Dotson Jr., Gary Dotson, Mark Jordan, and Dale Steenrod.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday December 9, 2023, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Rick Seiter officiating. Visitation will take place on Saturday from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
