Charley G. Johnson, 57 of Glouster passed away Sunday January 7, 2024, at his residence. Born December 14, 1966, in Beverly, he was the son of the late Charles and Rhoda Scott Johnson. He enjoyed collecting antiques and model cars, working in his garden, and canning.
He is survived by two sisters, Eleanor (Eugene) Thompson of Amesville and Velma (Chris Morris) Lenigar of The Plains; Daisy Brett, Daniel Frank, Julian Frank, Raechelle Brett, Isaiah Singree, Dominic Singree, Joey Singree, and Dre Singree, all of whom he thought of as his grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to John Losey for helping to take care of Charley during his illness.
Charley’s wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services held at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville. A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
