To the editor:
I would like to urge the citizens of Athens who have questions about the war conditions in Gaza today to see a documentary entitled “Born in Gaza.” It follows the lives of children in Gaza shortly after the 2014 Gaza war. Ninety-six percent of those killed were Palestinians, most civilians and children. This film shows what Palestinian children endured in a war zone. This film will be screened on March 14th from 5:30 – 7:30 at the Athens Public Library. It is free and open to the public, but is NOT a library sponsored event. Bring a friend! There will be time for a short discussion proceeding the film.
