The Nelsonville Water Department has issued boil orders for:
- All customers on Scott Street, Diamond Street, Verity Street and Fairview Street until 3 p.m. Friday, March 15. Crews are tying into a new water line.
- All customers on Conner and Bessemer roads from 4615 Bessemer Road to 4711 Bessemer Road until 3 p.m. Thursday, March 14. The boil order is due to a water line repair.
- All customers on Carbon Hill-Buchtel Road from Bessemer Road to the end of the Nelsonville water service line, Whitmore Road, Sandy Lane and Dew Lane until noon Friday, March 15, 2024. The boil order is due to crews tying into a new water line.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
