Sammie is a young, female, medium-size dog who has been overlooked for reasons we cannot understand. At just 38 pounds, she is just about the perfect size and walks very well on the leash.
Sammie also knows a few commands already–sit and down–and appears to be working on roll over! Sammie has enjoyed some friendly companion walks with other shelter dogs, but is very stressed out in her kennel.
Volunteers rave about Sammie’s “bouncy little ears” and her sweetness. We imagine her personality will shine even more in a new home.
