Poor Guy seems to have been passed around between multiple owners before being abandoned in the Nelsonville Public Square. Despite this start to life, Guy is an exceptionally friendly dog who loves life. He enjoys car rides and just sits quietly or lays down while traveling.
Recently Guy attended an adoption event and was a model dog. He is all smiles and wiggles when given attention and after a couple of hours, he was content to lay down and snooze while the event went on. We learned that Guy absolutely loves children and is very gentle with them.
Guy gets along with other dogs, but like all shelter dogs, all potential adopters or fosters must bring in their pets for a meet and greet. Guy is getting stressed in the shelter, so please consider giving him a chance soon before he breaks down. Guy deserves a family who will commit to him for life. He just wants to be by your side.
