Joey was found with Holly after their owner moved and simply let them outside to survive on their own. Can you imagine being a senior dog suddenly left to fend for yourself? If you meet Joey, it is all the more heartbreaking.
Joey is a sweet boy who would spend the day cuddling with you if he could. He constantly loves to be pet and if you stop, he’ll nudge you until you pet him again. Joey loves treats and car rides. He may be a senior, but it sure doesn’t lessen his love for life. Joey is housetrained and working with a foster on crate training. He’s got everything except an equally wonderful human to love.
