The City of Athens announces that Stimson Avenue Bridge will be closed to traffic from 10 p.m. Monday, July 28 to 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, conducting bridge construction as part of the Stimson Avenue Bridge Improvements Project. There will be no through or emergency traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area. Please seek an alternative route during this time period.
