Cheryl Arnold Boykin Standiford, 77 of Glouster passed away on Friday October 10, 2025 at Ohio Health O’Bleness Hospital in Athens.  She was born January 21, 1948 in Trimble.  Cheryl cherished every moment she spent with her family and her beloved animals.  For Cheryl, family meant everything.  She was a wonderful, loving person.  She enjoyed cooking, working in her yard, and crocheting.  Previously, she worked as a nursing assistant at Hickory Creek as well as Fosterbridge.  In addition to working in healthcare, she was also employed at Brooks Shoe Company.

She is survived by three daughters, Dianna “Dee Dee” Losey, Tammy Skinner, and Frances Tracie Boykin (Wayne Fierce); a grandson, Ronald Eric (Megan) Skinner; great grandson Greyson; great granddaughter, Blake; half-brothers, Gary, Richard, Donald, and Phil Arnold; half-sister, Sandy Bickley; and several nieces and nephews in Ohio and Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Standiford; father Delbert Arnold and stepmother, Cloris Arnold; her mother, Frances Deakins and stepfather, Norman Deakins; brothers, Leroy, Charles, Gene, and Robert Arnold; a sister, Bonnie Hartley; and a half-brother, Paul Arnold.
