The City of Athens has announced that the Stimson Avenue Bridge will be closed to all traffic 3–8 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, to allow for removal of the barrier wall.
This work is part of the final phase of construction which will re-open Stimson Avenue to two-lane traffic in late November.
