NELSONVILLE, Ohio –– The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for Poplar Street from Desteiguer Street to Burr Oak Boulevard. This boil order is due to a new water line being tied into the system. The boil order will be in effect for the area until 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
