Nominations open for 2026 Annual Preservation and Revitalization Awards

(Columbus, OH) — Heritage Ohio is actively accepting nominations for their 2026 Annual  Preservation and Revitalization Awards event, which will be held on Wednesday, September 30 in Cincinnati, as part of their annual conference.

Nominations are open to anyone, for any  qualifying project, place, or person. The deadline to submit nominations is June 30th by 11:59pm eastern time.

Award categories include Best Commercial Rehabilitation, Best Residential  Restoration, Best Downtown Placemaking, Best Historic Theatre Restoration, Main Street  Business of the Year, Main Street Volunteer of the Year, Main Street Director of the Year, Spirit  of Main Street, Best Main Street Committee Project, Best Main Street Event, Young  Preservationist of the Year, and the Joyce Barrett Historic Preservation Hero Award.
