ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces traffic will be reduced to one lane on Columbus Road for curb work and paving as part of the Shared Use Path Project. Flagging will take place intermittently beginning at 7 a.m., Thursday, July 23 until the end of the day. Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible. The City apologizes for any inconvenience.
