ATHENS, Ohio – Join us next Wednesday, August 5, for the kickoff public open house for our comprehensive plan update! The open house will be hosted at the Athens Community Center from 6–7:30 p.m.
This is a kid-friendly event, with kid-friendly engagement, so families don’t worry about bringing your kiddos! We are casting a vision for the future and think it’s so important for kids to be involved in creating their own future.
We’re getting our craft on this week as we assemble fun engagement stations for you to help shape the future of our beloved city! We will also be launching our public input survey at the open house, as well as offering some take-home engagement opportunities for people to share with us what they love about Athens.
