ATHENS, Ohio – Join us this Saturday, August 22, at 10 a.m. at the Community Center’s Room A to learn more about the City’s Welcome Home Athens development of 8 affordable, for-purchase homes. These homes will be located at the southern end of Hudson Avenue.
The City received $2 million in grant funds from the State of Ohio’s Welcome Home Ohio program to fund this development. This meeting will be an informational meeting for neighborhood residents and interested buyers and will include a presentation from City Staff and the development team, Community Building Partners, as well as time for residents to ask any questions about the proposed development.
