April is a 10-ish year-old female Lab mix that came to the shelter exhausted, in pain and completely over it. Initial vet visits went about as well as dragging Dowager Countess Violet Crawley on a rugged camping trip, but thanks to a wonderful foster, April’s health and demeanor have improved. April gets along well with her four canine siblings, is house trained and greets her humans joyfully when they return home. Just be aware that she has veto power over grooming sessions and being asked to move from her chosen throne.
