ATHENS, Ohio – The countdown to the 10th Annual Athens Area Women’s+ Summit is on, and we’re inviting AACC members to showcase your brand in a way that’s memorable and meaningful by donating swag to be included in this year’s attendee gift!
Donating swag (otherwise known as branded merchandise) isn’t just generous, it’s strategic. The Athens Area Women’s+ Summit attracts an influential audience of decision-makers and connectors. By contributing swag, you’ll place your brand directly into the hands of this hard-to-reach demographic.

To donate swag, please complete the form no later than Friday, Sept. 25, 2026. Items must be delivered to the AACC by Friday, Oct. 2, 2026.

Suggested Items: We’re looking for branded items that are useful or fun, like:
- Apparel (tee-shirts, hats, socks, etc.)
- Self-care items (travel-size lotions, soaps, nail files, etc.)
- Journals
- Desk accessories
- Tech accessories
- Water bottles
- Sunglasses
- Reusable bags
- Key chains
- Chapstick

Requirements: No glass, ceramic, or other breakable materials. No alcohol or substance-use related items. Please no perishable items.
Deadline:
Donation form must be completed by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2026.
There will not be a pick-up option for Women’s+ Summit swag. Donations must be dropped off at the Athens Armory Building (1 Armory Street, Athens) by Friday, October 2, 2026. Please email kristin@athenschamber.com to make delivery arrangements.
