ATHENS, Ohio — Join us for a supportive, practical talk about building heart-healthy habits — one small choice at a time.

What to Expect

  • A simple, easy-to-follow class focused on heart-healthy habits.
  • “Reflect and Choose” pauses to help you think about what matters
    most to you.
  • A worksheet to write down your thoughts, ideas, and personal goals.
  • Tips and Tricks handouts with small, practical changes others have tried.
  • A chance to talk, share, and get support from group leaders.

How It Works

This class is more than learning facts. It helps you pick 1 small step that feels right for you. You can:

  • Try an idea from the handouts.
  • Change any idea to fit it into your life.
  • Come up with your own new idea.

Come Back Each Month

Change is a process and making new habits takes time. You are welcome to come back to the class as many times as you like. Each class gives you a chance to:

  • Think about what worked well.
  • Think about what did not work so well.
  • Talk about what you have learned.
  • Choose what you want to try next.
