HAMDEN — Connie Grace Malone, 74, of Hamden passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at her residence. She was born December 22, 1948, in Pomeroy, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Beula Ruth Woodgard Cook.
She was a United States Navy veteran and a faithful church member. Connie was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.
Connie is survived by her husband, Paul Roger Malone; her daughter, Paula (Wayne) Workman; grandchildren Johnathin L. Taylor, Heidi L. Taylor and Wayne L. Workman II; great-grandchild Grayson J. Taylor; and her twin sister, Bonnie Pratt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Phillip Roger Malone, and brother William Cook.
A funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023, in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jerry Griffith Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Brush Ridge Cemetery, Vinton, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
