NELSONVILLE, Ohio – The International Bowhunting Organization (IBO) is returning to Hocking College in Nelsonville for the third leg of its National Championship Triple Crown Series. The multi-day event will welcome top archers from across the country for one of the biggest 3-D archery tournaments of the year.
WHEN: Wednesday, July 9 – Saturday, July 12, 2026
WHERE:
Hocking College
3301 Hocking Parkway
Nelsonville, OH 45764
Now in its 42nd year, the IBO is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting bowhunting and 3-D archery through a national series of competitions. The Triple Crown includes three tournaments held in different states and follows a consistent set of rules and divisions.
Archers compete in a variety of categories based on age, gender, and equipment.
Scores from each leg of the series are combined to determine national champions.
This stop on the Triple Crown will also feature local vendors and food trucks on site for attendees. While the public is welcome, this is not a sit-and-watch event; spectators should plan to walk through the outdoor course alongside competitors if they would like to view the action.
