A memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, 24 Morris Ave., Athens, with a burial following at Athens Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Athens High School Band where Shirley had many fond memories of playing her saxophone with friends.

A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Feb. 21 at The Church of the Good Shepherd, with visitation beginning at 10:00. It will be followed by a lunch at The Dairy Barn.
