Services are entrusted to Hughes-Moquin Funeral home in Athens, Ohio where calling hours will be on Tuesday, September 12th 2023 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a Masonic Service at 4:00pm. Graveside services will be the next day, Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Hiney Hill Cemetery in Linn, West Virginia beginning at 1:00PM.
