NELSONVILLE, Ohio – The Nelsonville Water Department is working on a water leak in the Village of Buchtel. This work may cause low to no water pressure in the area. A boil order has been issued for the Village of Buchtel, and 5339, 5534, 5532 and 5530 Happy Hollow Road.
This does not include State Route 78 from State Route 685 to county line, State Route 685, Duncan Drive, North and South Oakley drives, and the Nelsonville-York City School complex.
The boil order will be in effect for these areas until noon Saturday, March 28.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three minutes before being consumed.
