Brenda Minerd Moore, 52 of New Lexington, formerly of Glouster passed away Tuesday November 21, 2023 at the O.S.U. Wexner Medical Center. Born February 13, 1971, in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Roger Minerd and Billie Jo Dixon Minerd. She was a 1989 graduate of Trimble High School and was formerly employed by Ali’s Bar in Glouster and Doctor’s Hospital in Nelsonville. Brenda was a member of the Glouster Eagles, an avid San Francisco 49ers fan, and enjoyed painting ceramics. More than anything, Brenda loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.
She is survived by a son, Steven Moore; a daughter, Monika Breeze; grandchildren, Bellya Moore, Ryder Breeze, and Brantley Hammon; and a brother, Roger (Misty) Minerd.
A cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service honoring Brenda’s life held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel. A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
