Visitation will be 4–8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Morrison Funeral Chapel. A military service will be held at 4 p.m. and a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m.

Bryant Reeves Skipper IV, 78, of Glouster passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, at OhioHealth O’Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens. He was born March 25, 1945, in Athens.

He retired from the U.S. Navy and the Glouster Post Office, where he served as the postmaster. He was a member of the
Glouster American Legion, Trimble Masonic Lodge, and Kasler’s Coffee Club, and enjoyed rabbit hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his daughter, Brandy (Bob) Bradley of Bremen; three grandchildren, Mackenzi, Brooke and Connor Cvetan; sisters Paula Myers of Troy and Sue Dillon of Athens; special friends Jerrod Bailes, Anne Thomas, Melissa and Bob Jewell, Heath and Crystal Bailes, Linda Bailes and Bob “Hillbilly” Savage.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Milhoan and stepfather, Charles Milhoan.

Visitation will be held 4–8 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel. A military service will be held at 4 p.m. and a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
