Obituaries

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel with Jon Hanning officiating. A visitation will take place 11 a.m. until the time of service.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel. A visitation will take place on Saturday from noon. until the time of service. 

A memorial will be held Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at Christ Lutheran Church in Athens. Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m. and  lunch at noon.  

Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville. Calling hours will be observed from 2–4 p.m. and 6–8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, and 11 a.m.–noon Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, prior to the service.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Rockbridge, Ohio.

A cremation has taken place and there will be no services observed.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local food bank in Ethan’s memory.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, at the Anchor Church. Family will receive friends 3 p.m. Wednesday until the time of service. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Florida.

A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, Athens with Jon Hanning officiating.  Burial will be in Athens Memory Gardens.  Friends may call Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
