The Athens Fire Department will be flushing and testing hydrants 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, on the following streets:
University Estates Boulevard
Alamonte Drive
Maplegrove Way
Woodshire Court
Edgewood Court
Pinewood Way
Broadmoor Court
Walnut Court
You may experience discolored water due to iron sediment stirred up from increased flow, but the water remains safe.
