ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces that Elliottsville Road will be closed Monday, September 14 through Friday, September 18 for installing water line. The road will be closed at 8585 Elliottsville Road with traffic detoured onto Kenny Drive from W. Union Street and Elliottsville Road.
