ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio – The culvert replacements scheduled on Hooper Ridge Road (CR 36) were delayed due to the weather and are now scheduled for Monday, Sept. 28, through Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026.
The location will be between the intersections of Albert Keirns Road (Ames TR 341) and Swett Hollow Road (CR 94). This will be a complete closure each day from 8–3:30 p.m. The road will be open in the evenings.
