ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces that Dairy Lane will be closed on Monday, April 20–Tuesday, April 28 at 7990 Dairy Lane for a contractor for American Electric Power to install new electric poles. Road will be closed from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. daily. There will be no thru or emergency traffic. Detour signage will be placed until work is completed.
