High Street closure Monday, April 13, 2026

ATHENS, Ohio –

The City of Athens announces that High Street will be closed on Monday, April 13, 2026 from Washington Street to West State Street for water line repair. Road will be closed from 8 a.m. until work is complete. There will be no thru traffic or emergency traffic. Water outage is expected on High Street from West Union Street to West State Street. A boil order advisory will be issued once the work has been completed and water service is restored.
