ATHENS, Ohio – The City of Athens announces that N. Blackburn Rd. will be closed on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at 7090 N. Blackburn Rd. to repair a water leak. The road will be closed from 8:00am until work is completed. There will be no through or emergency traffic.
