Blue is a tall, handsome fellow that someone took the time to microchip but then never came to claim him. In the shelter, Blue always has a bewildered look on his face, asking “how did I end up here?” Despite his uncertainty at being stuck in captivity, there is one thing that Blue is very sure about. Life is meant for playing. ALL THE TIME. If Blue passes another dog, he hits the floor in a dramatic play bow. If you come to say hi, he spins with delight. He knows life is to be enjoyed and is just waiting for a chance to really live it.
