Klinger came to Athens County Dog Shelter as a stray and was understandably nervous at first. Much to our delight, this one-year-old boy quickly adjusted to shelter life and his personality is becoming more clear. Klinger loves making friends and can match the play style of his shelter buddies. He lives for receiving scritches from volunteers and gets the zoomies when the kiddie pools get filled. As to his breed, we’re not sure, but we love his big block of a head and even bigger heart. Kids and adults at a recent Farmers Market event couldn’t get enough of him, and the feeling was mutual.
