By day, Moana is a happy-go-lucky Lab mix. Brains and good looks. She likes to roughhouse with her shelter buddy, Klinger. But as soon as the sun sets, her mission begins. Moana has been infiltrating the Stuffy gang for over 2 months. She suspects they’ve been hoarding the string cheese from the Athens County Shelter Dogs, and that just won’t do. She’s close to busting the case wide open, but needs a partner. Someone who can look into the dark without blinking and a pair of legs that won’t run when the fluff starts flying. If you’re ready to take on the mean streets with Moana, schedule a meet by calling 740-593-5415. Want to keep things casual? Moana is also available to foster. Apply at www.fosathens.com/volunteer.
