Tippie came into the shelter in late September with Bella as part of a humane case. He was underweight and his skin was in pitiful shape after an unknown period of neglect. Gratefully, a vet visit indicated no serious health issues and his condition was expected to improve with regular care. One of our most committed fosters took him home and he has transformed there.
His foster reports that Tippie does not act his age and loves to play with toys and take walks. In between, he is a snuggler and loves to cuddle on your lap. He also has an intense love for food which is no surprise after what he lived through. Although he came in with Bella, they do not need to be adopted together and he has gotten along with the other dogs in his foster home. Please don’t make Tippie wait any longer for his forever home–he has been through more than enough.
