ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio –– Ohio Department of Transportation Southeastern Ohio District 10 announced that as of 10:30 a.m. Aug. 19, the railroad crossing on SR 682 between SR 56 and Armitage Road will be closed for 4–5 hours for emergency repairs.
