ATHENS, Ohio –– Ervin Road, approximately 1,000 feet north of its intersection with Stagecoach Road, will be closed to through traffic between 9 a.m.–2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19, for soil borings related to the AEP Elliott-Lee Transmission Project. Residents north of the closure area should use Radford Road for access during the closure hours. Properties south of the closure area that normally use Radford Road as the access point should use US 33/SR 50 as the point of access.
