ATHENS, Ohio – The Nabby Lee Ames Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 10 a.m. Sept. 19, 2026, at the New Life Assembly of God Church, 116 Upper River Road, Athens, Ohio.
The guest speaker will be Tom O’Grady, local historian. His topic will be America’s 250th Anniversary. Any woman 18 years old, or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnicity, who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership in DAR.
