How about Black Diamond National Forest?

The Little Cities of Black Diamond are already memorialized in such places as Wikipedia, the Ohio Traveler and more.

To the editor:

By choosing the proposed name of Black Diamond National Forest, to replace the existing name of Wayne National Forest, additional energy will be mutually added to the renewal effort underway in this southeast area of Ohio rich in coal mining lore. The Little Cities of Black Diamond are already memorialized in such places as Wikipedia, the Ohio Traveler and more, so the recognition of Black Diamond as a call to increase visitation and continued growth makes eminent sense.
