Kenneth Paul Harper, 54 of Glouster passed away Wednesday January 17, 2024, at Belpre Landing. He was born February 24, 1969, in Nelsonville. Kenny enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Dianna Russell Harper of Glouster; a brother, Mike (Tracy) Harper of Glouster; a sister, Melissa (Scott) Harper of Coolville; nieces and nephews, Michael Harper, Hannah Roell, Emily Marks, Christi Wright, Chelsie Ogle, and Mathew Wright; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney L. “Buck” Harper; paternal grandparents, Paul John and Icel Oskey and maternal grandparents, Lowell and Opal Russell.
