DAYTON — LaDonna M. Burdette, 37, formerly of Glouster, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023, in Dayton. She was born November 22, 1985, in Athens.
LaDonna enjoyed flower gardening and writing and reading poetry. She was known to be creative and empathetic, putting others before herself and her daughter before everything else.
She is survived by two daughters, Catrina L. Cravath and Launna Harris; her mother, Marilyn M. McClellan; a stepsister, Gina Bickley; a sister-in-law, Maria Burdette; and a special cousin and friend, Tiffany (Dan Mohler) Chesser.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert “Bob” Burdette Sr. and his long-time partner, Jeannie Bickley; and a brother, B.J. Burdette.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2023, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Rick Seiter officiating. Visitation will take place Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
