Sunday, October 13th, 2024, Mona Joan Robson passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by the love of her family. A resident of Columbus, Mona shared 59 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, William. She dedicated 29 years of her life to serving the Columbus Public School system as a school bus driver, where she touched the lives of many students and colleagues.
Mona is preceded in death by her parents, Frank, and Esther Warren, parent-in-laws William and Betty Robson, sisters, Sharon Mounts and Kathy Mesaros, sister-in-law Carolyn Rife, brother, Richard Warren, and grandson, Cory Robson. She leaves behind her sister, Joyce Cozad and brother James Warren along with her beloved husband, William and their two children, William (Amy) Robson and Diana (Cameron) Smith, as well as five cherished grandchildren, Misty (Kevin Metzger) Robson, Cassie (Tyler) Holland, Courtney (Kalen) Stover, Ryan Laney, Colton (Elizabeth) Laney and many great-grandchildren.
Mona’s family is deeply grateful for the time they had with her and will miss her dearly. Her loving spirit and dedication to family will always be remembered.
Funeral will be held 1:00pm Thursday September 17, 2024 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Nelsonville. Calling Hours will be 12:00 noon-1:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in Memory of Mona.
