ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio — The Oakdale Road closure scheduled to begin May 13 has been delayed. The Athens County Engineer’s office was notified that the utilities have not yet been cleared. Consequently, the contractor is proposing a new start date of Monday, May 18. The office will confirm this by Friday.
