Billy K. Perine

GLOUSTER, Ohio –– Billy K. Perine, 53 of Glouster passed away Monday October 6, 2025, at Grant Medical Center, Columbus. He was born April 19, 1972, in Marietta. He was employed by Alex Smith Property Advancement in Glouster. He was a member of both the Jacksonville Eagles and the Glouster Moose. He enjoyed the outdoors and valued spending time with friends, where he was fondly recognized as the life of the party.

He is survived by his sister, Vickie (Scott) Buckley; nephews, Devin (McKenna) Buckley and Derek Buckley; great nephew, Ryan Mills; great nieces, Hartley and Hazel Buckley; an uncle, Ron (Linda) Fierce Sr.; an aunt, Carol (Gary) Foster; cousins, Frankie (Darcy Davis) Fierce, Roxann (Larry Gilbraith) Fierce, Ronnie Fierce Jr., and Brandon Putman; and Danny Chalfant, whom he regarded as a brother.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Wicks Perine; father, Kenny Perine; a brother, Jack Mills; a sister, Terri Mills; a nephew, Jeff Mills; an aunt, Janet Fierce; grandparents, Fiddle and Garnet Wicks and Jim and Alice Perine.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at the Bishopville Church of Christ with Pastor Ron Fierce officiating. Interment will be in the Glouster Cemetery. A visitation will take place at the church on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville. A message of comfort may be sent to the family by visiting the tribute wall at www.morrisonfc.com.
