NELSONVILLE, Ohio – Charles E. Blair, age 69, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away August 22, 2026, at home in Nelsonville, Ohio.
Charles was born August 4, 1957, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Charles M. Blair and Wilma Jean Wycuff-Blair. Charles loved to go to gun target shoots, hunting, and fishing.
Surviving are his loving wife, Helen Blair; mother, Wilma Jean Wycuff-Blair; children, Michael (Sheila) Marks Sr. and Christy Blair; grandchildren, Michael (Britnie Holbrook) Marks Jr, Alerie Martin, Alexis (John Cramer) Marks, Haylee Slack, Natalie, and Kaden McWilliams; great-grandchildren, Colsen Marks and Serenity Crammer; and siblings, Betty Foster, Dianne (John) Secert, and Michael Blair.
Charles was preceded in death by father, Charles M. Blair; father and mother in laws, John and Annabell Marks; and brother, Jim Blair.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, August 31, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Beach Grove Cemetery in Glouster, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed from 6–8 p.m. Sunday, August 30, and from noon–2 p.m. Monday, August 31, at the funeral home prior to the service.
