Paul Blankenship of Nelsonville passed away peacefully at home on Aug.16, with Lora, his wife of 35 years at his side. Paul was a retiree of the Virginia Department of Transportation and loved music, reading, politics, and his cats.
Survived and sadly missed by his wife, his daughter Robin (Ed) Busch, and his sister Kay Hodgins. Paul was predeceased by his son Alan Blankenship. Paul’s wishes were to be cremated, with no services.
