NELSONVILLE, Ohio — The City of Nelsonville announces that Rocky Boot Way will be closed and there will be no parking between Canal Street and the alley by the city pool at 7 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 26 and will not reopen until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The street is being closed to allow crews to replace a manhole. Please avoid this area and use an alternative route.
