ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio — On Wednesday, Oct. 28 the Athens County Engineer’s Office will close a section of CR 38 (Sand Rock Road) for a culvert replacement. This will be a complete closure between the intersections of SR 329 and CR 48 (New England Road) from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
